SMP-82 Mold Proofer Sealer is a robust interior or exterior sealer that utilizes a tailored dehydration matrix that is united with a proprietary EPA registered anti-microbial. This is carried with a complex binding pigment that prevents the growth of mold, mildew, sapstain, fungus and any biological life on the coatings film without compromising environmental considerations. SMP-82 is water based, non-toxic and environmentally safe. SMP-82 can be used on any building materials.
