The SCS-003 is a proprietary blend of nanoparticulate that is cross-linked with a silane-siloxane micro-emulsion. SCS-003 penetrates the surface to establish a water repelling barrier in the subsurface of concrete and masonry. The blended nanoparticulate helps consolidate the surface to dustproof and harden concrete. The silane-siloxane component chemically reacts with concrete and masonry to form additional protection against water intrusion.
