CPT-200 Oil Base is a time proven corrosion inhibitor for use as an oil additive or as a long-term corrosion preventative oil based coating. This product is excellent for mothballing, operational use, shipping or storage of parts and equipment. As an additive, in small percentages, it has a minimal effect on viscosities and greatly enhances the corrosion preventative characteristics of oil based products. It has extreme resistance to salt water, salt spray and humidity making CPT-200 particularly useful in marine, industrial, commercial, operational and offshore applications. This product provides optimal long-term corrosion protection, for ferrous and non-ferrous metals exposed to harsh environments for up to 5 years.
